This well written article clearly exposes the many holes in this team, but misses one major factor, Coaching. I still believe that a good coaching staff can take a bunch of capable, hard working, skilled players and teach them to work togeather and be a great TEAM. All for one and one for all!

Yes we have holes to fill. Who doesn't? I think a good portion of our success last year was due to the hard work and dilligence of the coaching staff. I also think that we can see something close to the same success given that this team is managed by a group of people who all see the same vision and are on the same page. My only worry is will we be able to continue that success after some of them are gone.

Very good point. The team that won the AFC East last year might have not been the most talented team in the division, but great coaching, and heart helped us win. Heck, I'd say talent wise, we were 4th last year in our division.
