Just in time for the BIG ONE!! I could see this coming weeks ago but didn't allow myself to believe it. What a showdown. I almost hope the Patriots win their 1 pm game so that our game has real meaning. I want to beat the J E T S fair & square with everything on the line. Go DOLPHINS!!

Damb glad to be back, I was lost for the last 2 weeks, but now Im found.
Speaking of the big one, looks like I will be there in full gear. What do you mean real meaning, its all or nothing, the only other way we get in, is we tie with NY and Baltimore loses, that one could happen, but the tie, don't hold your breath. ITS WIN AND TAKE IT OR LOSE AND GO HOME.Im ready bring it on baby. GO FINS

What I meant was that if the Patriots win there is no way the Jets can make the play offs even if they beat us.

Win and we are playoff bound. Does anything else matter?
Who will we play if we do win and go to the playoffs?

It would be Baltimore, we got something for them.
Baltimore if they win, if they lose, then New England if they win, if both of them lose then it would be Baltimore.

Right, that's right. Baltimore doesn't play till 4:15 so even if New England wins the Jets could still get in if Baltimore looses and they beat us. So they would have something to play for, until the 4th Qr when Baltimore is trouncing Jacksonville.

NE has to lose and NY has to win for NY to get in, so that means NY dose not get in.
Baltimore could lose too. But the fact of the matter is NE will have already won and Baltimore aint losing at home to Jacksonville, so come 4:15 they ain' ga have nuttin ta play for.
GO DOLPHINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Robert or Fishface, I have a question for you.
I am taking my family on a cruise next month. The ship stops in Nassau for a day. They have a few daytrip options for us to do. Do you have any suggestions, maybe something off the regular tourist track?

Give me an idea of the ages of your kids and the date, and I'll try to come up with some ideas. First fast thoughts are Atlantis on Paradise Island, maybe a meal at the Poop Deck, East Bay St. What day trip options do they have? You can e-mail me at ahenderson@npdco.com if you want.

Atlantis Beach Day is probably your best bet with 5 kids. Plenty of fun things for them to do. The Stuart Cove dive operation out at South Ocean is very well run, but would only work if you are certified divers. The Blue Lagoon dolphin encounter is neat if you like dolphins. If you're looking for good Bahamian food the Poop Deck restaurant overlooking Nassau Harbour works for lunch or dinner. Kalik is the local beer and is pretty good by the way. Downtown there's a Senor Frogs which is usually lively in the evening. I'll keep thinking.

Kalik and conch salad are a must. Swim with the dolphins another and Atlantis.
Get the kids hair bradied on the first day. You will understand what I mean as soon as you get there. Try some hotie patties, they are delicous.. Watch out for the sun on the kids.
Taking 5 kids on vacation? Hope you have a big budget!!! I agree with Zacko though, you have to eat the local food and the best places to do that are all at the fish fry (or also called Arawak Cay). It is walking distance from downtown, but might take you half an hour so it's best just to take a cab.
You can also eat at the Poop Deck, but it's kind of pricey, and honestly the food doesn't compare to the "home cookin" down at the fish fry.
If you get your kids hair braided on the first day you're gonna have to put sun lotion in their hair lines because those bahamians is pull dem hair up tight man.

3 of them are being paid by the other couple that are going with us. My 2 will cripple my budget as it is.
thanks for the info guys. It is hard travelling with 2 families as everyone has a different agenda. It is much easier when I am in charge and everyone ends up doing what I want to do.
a box of Kaliks sounds like a real good idea
