This is a sad story and unfortunately we see this all too often. However the fact that he was a Dolphins Fan doesn't seem too relevant. He will get what he finally deserves.

Whiting, 50, an electrician, was returning from a Dolphins game to his West Palm Beach home. At the time of the accident, Whiting had a history of arrests on drug- and alcohol-related charges, though most were dismissed, state records showed.

Yeah the fact that he was a Dolphins fan really has no relevance. The Dolphins cut off sales of alcohol at the end of the third quarter. If he decided to drink more after the game and then drive home, that was his choice, not the Dolphins.
