On 2008 free-agent bust Ernest Wilford, who caught three passes and earned $7 million: "The plan for Ernest right now will be that he will be in training camp and competing and doing those things."

So no news on Wilford.

I think the problem with him is that he is a hard worker, they just can't find a way to fit him in. Also, cutting him would be a huge cap hit. He was good in Jacksonville, I don't understand why they aren't giving him playing time.
